DEITECH Conference And Career Fair Scheduled For Oct 24 – 27, 2022, With vFairs As Event Partner

DEITECH aims to promote equity in the workplace with its conference and career fair, with top-ranking industry leaders and professionals on board. 

Jacksonville, Florida – The DEITECH Conference and Career Fair will take place from the 24th to the 27th of October, 2022. The event is aimed at professionals working towards diversity,  equity, and  inclusion. This includes recruiters and employers, in addition to various industry leaders, particularly those looking to increase Black representation. Interested people can reserve their free seats here.

Black representation is about 5% of the entire Tech industry, a dismal statistic that has stood for decades. The DEITECH Conference and Career Fair is looking to solve for that. It will bring together some of the brightest minds in the DEI space to share education, best practices, and thought leadership. In addition, its career fair bridges the gap to opportunities by opening the door to more than 3,000 Black professionals, from all career levels, to network with organizations such as Microsoft, Hexaware, Sonepar, Informatica, CDK Global, GovCIO, Sauce Labs, and Expel. These companies prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core value and are committed to improving the industry.
