The virtual benefits fair will be the primary source of information for M-NCPPC’s employees, retirees and their families about the employee benefits being offered to them.
Riverdale, MD – The Maryland National Park & Planning Commission will host its first virtual benefits fair for its employees, retirees, and their families. The event will take place on the vFairs platform from October 24th to November 14th, 2022. Employees, retirees, and their families can register for the Open Enrollment fair here.
The Virtual Benefits Fair will be a great source of accurate health, welfare, and voluntary benefits details for M-NCPPC’s employees and retirees. The event hosts also encourage employees’ families to join them and help them decide which benefits will be most suitable for them next year.
Attendees at the benefits fair will be able to get in direct contact with benefit providers through interactive exhibit booths. Vendors will set up booths with useful resources such as presentations, brochures, and informative videos. Information will also be available through webinars hosted by each vendor to inform employees, retirees and their families about the benefits plans on three live days: 10/27, 11/2 and 11/8 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Employees, retirees and their families can get in touch with benefit providers, M-NCPPC’s Health & Benefits Team, Corporate Wellness Manager and Credit Union throughout the three live days. Attendees can use their swag bags to save important information like summary plan descriptions, brochures, and videos for later. The platform and recorded webinars will also be available on-demand throughout the open enrollment period.
“We are excited to host our 1st Virtual Benefits Fair this year during the 2023 Open Enrollment period. At the fair, you can obtain the information that you need to choose the benefits that will fit your needs in the upcoming year. Hope to see you there!” said Jennifer McDonald, Benefit Manager for M-NCPPC.
Muhammad Younas, CEO of vFairs, also added, “Virtual benefits fairs are one of the best ways for employees to get in touch with health and wellness benefits providers. The vFairs platform makes it easy to share accurate information and also makes it interactive, fun, and immersive for everyone.”
The virtual benefits fair can easily be accessed through a phone, laptop or mobile app after you register here.
