Originally in-person, the Investor Summit shifted to virtual-only during the pandemic, running four times. Upon returning to in-person events, the main challenge was to create a hybrid experience.
The Mobile App was the major reason behind Keyspire’s decision to choose vFairs. They also liked the introduction of new elements by vFairs, such as the social media wall, round tables, and AI Matchmaking.

This challenge meant creating an experience that catered to both physical attendees and those participating virtually. The goal was to ensure that individuals attending in person and those joining remotely could engage, connect, and benefit from the summit in a cohesive and inclusive manner.
Another challenge was to replicate the same level of engagement and connection that participants would experience when physically present. This challenge involved finding creative and effective ways to capture the attention, interest, and active involvement of virtual attendees, ensuring that they feel connected and engaged throughout the virtual experience.
One significant challenge faced was finding a solution to make all exhibitor booths accessible to every attendee. The traditional limitation, where in-person attendees could only connect with exhibitors physically present in the room, posed a considerable constraint. The standard capacity of 25 exhibitor booths within the physical space restricted the range of connections that could be made during the event.
The networking features not only enabled attendees to monitor their interactions during the event but also facilitated easy follow-ups. Additionally, the introduction of QR codes and downloadable contact cards streamlined the exchange of contact information. Virtual participants were further empowered to engage in one-to-one connections through diverse communication channels, like text, audio, and video.
The vFairs mobile app empowered in-person attendees by providing access to the complete list of exhibitors, allowing them to connect with virtual booths throughout the entire weekend. This breakthrough marked a substantial victory, as the technology enabled an expansion beyond the physical constraints, liberating the event from the previous limitation of accommodating only 25 exhibitor booths in the room.
Transitioning to a new technology was scary, particularly when Keyspire’s virtual environment was already established. However, recognizing the need for substantial support, they valued vFairs’ assistance and reviews, especially after experiencing a lack of support from their previous provider.
The vFairs mobile app revolutionized Keyspire summit by significantly improving networking, which was a key objective. Attendees were able to easily keep track of their interactions and follow up with individuals they connected with. Additionally, on-site attendees greatly appreciated the convenience of QR code scanning, which streamlined the check-in process.
Overall, vFairs worked wonders for the hybrid event, ensuring exceptional experiences for attendees, regardless of their location. Attendees engaged with each other through vFairs’ outstanding networking features. The onsite event also proved successful. Here are some noteworthy statistics:
