The event, DiscoverNext, was held on September 15, 2021, and certainly met this goal. Over the course of four hours, attendees were given a comprehensive view of what the future of events could look like, including product updates to enhance their experiences and detailed use cases from real vFairs clients.

The event industry is rapidly evolving, with virtual and hybrid events becoming more prevalent. As a leading platform, vFairs needed to demonstrate how these new formats could be effectively utilized. The challenge was not just to predict the future of events, but also to shape it and provide attendees with actionable insights.
Demonstrating new products or features in an online setting can be difficult. vFairs faced the challenge of creating an interactive and engaging environment where they could effectively showcase their newest offerings to both existing and prospective customers.

Facilitated networking among attendees with serendipitous matchmaking, creating ample opportunities for connection.
Hosted a virtual photo booth and contest, encouraging attendees to engage with the event in a unique and creative way.
Featured a live entertainment session, demonstrating how to incorporate entertainment elements in virtual events.
The DiscoverNext Virtual User Conference was met with resounding success.
