We have a lot of exciting product updates for you this time around! From sticking to our commitment towards inclusivity to making events more accessible to everyone around the world, these updates will make your lives much easier!
The vFairs mobile app is constantly under development in order to offer you the premium event experience. We’ve made a few enhancements and additions to the app this time around as well.
There are now tags on the webinar tabs which say ‘Virtual’, ‘Hybrid’, or ‘Onsite’, depending on the nature of the webinar. You can add these tags from the backend, using the given dropdown menu in the webinar settings.
You now have the ability to define a seating limit IF the mode of attendance is hybrid or onsite. For example, if the seat limit is 50 for a webinar, the 51st person to click on ‘Save A Seat’ will not be able to do so.
Now, mobile app users can ask booth reps questions and get their answers as well on the app itself. In addition, the admin or booth admin can also ban or unban an attendee from asking questions.
Now, admin/booth admin can accept or reject meeting requests within the app itself. This means that you won’t have to worry about checking emails for meeting requests. The whole process will now take place within the app.
The first iteration of our indoor map feature is now live. Admins can create indoor maps for any floor now from the mobile app. The map created can then be linked to a menu item. You can also draw an indoor map and include spaces for booths as well as general spaces (e.g. Parking, Restaurants etc.). For booths, when users access them on the front end, they can tap on a block (a rectangle created by admin) to see the detail and also tap on the Arrow icon shown to go to that specific booth.
The badge printing app is an excellent way to make things more convenient at in-person and hybrid events. We have added a number of product feature enhancements to make this app even more convenient to use.
We have enhanced our badge printing options from simple QR code scanning on an individual basis. Now, you have the following options.
Now, you can not only print all badges for attendees, but also for all others at the event. For example, you can print badges for your booth reps, speakers, and anyone else participating in any capacity.
